Information You Provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, password, and role (talent, agent, or brand)
  • Profile information: Social media handles, follower counts, performance metrics, and professional bio
  • Deal and contract data: Deal terms, negotiation history, earnings, and commission records
  • Communications: Messages exchanged through the platform between talent, agents, and brands
  • Investor information: Name, email, firm, and access request details submitted through the investor portal

Information Collected Automatically

  • Login timestamps and session data
  • Pages visited and features used within the platform
  • Device type, browser, and IP address
  • Authentication tokens and session cookies (managed by Supabase Auth)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the platform and Services
  • Authenticate users and maintain account security
  • Facilitate deal flow, contract management, and brand-talent introductions
  • Generate AI-powered recommendations, brand matches, and negotiation insights
  • Track NIL compliance and generate compliance reports
  • Process and record commission and earnings data
  • Communicate platform updates, new features, and important notices
  • Respond to investor access requests and onboard qualified investors
  • Fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Within the Platform

Talent profile information (name, metrics, deal status) is visible to the agents and agency administrators who manage that talent. Brand partners can view talent profiles to the extent necessary to evaluate partnership opportunities.

Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure
  • Netlify — website hosting and deployment
  • Google Fonts — typography (no personal data transmitted)

Each service provider is bound by their own privacy and security standards.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PMA, our users, or the public.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
  • Encrypted authentication via Supabase Auth with JWT tokens
  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Access controls limiting data visibility by user role

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and protect your login credentials.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to certain uses of your information

8. COOKIES AND TRACKING

The platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management (managed by Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Session cookies are deleted when you sign out or your session expires. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from signing in to the platform.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

For talent between 13 and 18, parental consent is required and a parent or guardian must be a party to any representation agreement.

10. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure of personal information collected, used, or disclosed, and may request deletion of their personal information by contacting us at admin@porteagency.com.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
