Posing and Expression
Coaches provide guidance on how to pose and express different emotions in front of the camera. They also provide feedback on facial expressions, body language, and posture.
Runway Walking
Coaches provide instruction on how to walk confidently and gracefully on the runway. They also provide feedback on the model's gait, stride, and posture.
Portfolio Development
Coaches provide guidance on developing a professional portfolio that showcases strengths and abilities. They also provide feedback on the quality of the photos (and/or videos) and help them choose the best content for their portfolio.
Personal Branding and Marketing
Coaches provide advice on developing a personal brand and marketing oneself as a professional. They also provide guidance on networking and building relationships with industry professionals.
Social Media
Social media coaching focuses on developing strategies for using social media platforms effectively to promote oneself. This includes building a following, creating engaging content, and managing one's online reputation.
Fitness and Nutrition
Coaches provide advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve the physical fitness required for the industry. They also provide guidance on proper nutrition and hydration.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Coaches provide guidance on developing effective communication and interpersonal skills that are essential for success in the industry. This includes coaching on how to interact with photographers, agents, and clients in a professional manner.
Makeup and Hair Styling
Makeup and hair styling coaching focuses on teaching models how to apply makeup and style their hair for photoshoots, fashion shows, and other modeling/talent gigs.
Mindset
Mindset coaching focuses on developing a positive and resilient mindset, which can help models and talent navigate the ups and downs of the industry and stay motivated to pursue their goals.
Diversity and Inclusion
This type of coaching helps models and talent understand and appreciate diverse cultures, backgrounds, experiences, and how to navigate them in the industry.
