Jan Hanson
Jan Hanson brings over 30 years of business consulting and executive leadership to the Porte Management Agency team, with deep expertise as a COO and CFO across startups and SMEs. After early roles at Nike, Walmart, and Sainsbury's (UK), Jan gravitated toward startups, leading operations at Cranium, where she built award-winning supply chain and IT systems. Following Cranium's acquisition by Hasbro, she joined Microsoft to enhance Xbox's supply chain visibility.
Jan's startup experience includes work with GoldieBlox, Mission Pets, and a productivity-focused retail venture in rural Ghana. She has raised Series A and B funding, built multi-stream revenue models, and led refinancing efforts. Known for driving profitability and scale, Jan has also implemented systems for ERP, planning, and lifecycle management.
